Fabricio Breve received his bachelor's degree from the Methodist University of Piracicaba, Brazil in 2001, his master's degree from the Federal University of Sao Carlos, Brazil in 2006, and his Ph.D. from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2010, with collaborative period at the University of Alberta, Canada. He is currently an assistant professor at the Sao Paulo State University, Brazil. His research interests include machine learning, pattern recognition, image processing, artificial neural networks, complex networks, and nature-inspired computing.

Paper accepted @ Expert Systems With Applications

My paper Interactive Image Segmentation using Label Propagation through Complex Networks was accepted for publication in the international journal Expert Systems With Applications. The accepted manuscript is available here. It should appear as an “article in proofs” on ScienceDirect within the next two weeks. The final version should appear in the journal within the next 2~3 months.
