Fabricio Breve received his bachelor's degree from the Methodist University of Piracicaba, Brazil in 2001, his master's degree from the Federal University of Sao Carlos, Brazil in 2006, and his Ph.D. from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2010, with a collaborative period at the University of Alberta, Canada. He is currently an associate professor at Sao Paulo State University, Brazil. His research interests include machine learning, pattern recognition, image processing, artificial neural networks, complex networks, and nature-inspired computing.

The paper Interactive image segmentation using label propagation through complex networks, accepted for publication in Expert Systems with Applications, just had its final version published today. The final version may be downloaded free of charge (no signup nor registration fees) until March, 02, through this link.

My paper Interactive Image Segmentation using Label Propagation through Complex Networks was accepted for publication in the international journal Expert Systems With Applications. The accepted manuscript is available here. It should appear as an “article in proofs” on ScienceDirect within the next two weeks. The final version should appear in the journal within the next 2~3 months.
